Consent

On DYNASTY, consent is understood to be:

• Voluntary — given freely, without coercion or pressure
• Informed — based on an accurate understanding of what is being agreed to
• Ongoing — present throughout, not only at the beginning
• Specific — to particular activities, not to everything
• Revocable — able to be withdrawn at any time

Withdrawing consent

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Either participant may stop an activity, withdraw consent, request a pause, end the Dynamic, or leave the relationship.

No DYNASTY Agreement gives one person permanent authority over another person. A DYNASTY Agreement is not a legally binding authorization to commit harm or to violate applicable law. Agreeing to a Dynamic does not automatically mean consenting to every activity. A safeword or safety signal must always be respected.

Right to exit

Either participant can end a Dynamic at any time. No permission from the other participant is required, and no reason has to be given. This right cannot be removed or waived through a Relationship Agreement.

Ending a Dynamic does not delete your DYNASTY account. Ending a Dynamic deletes Dynamic-specific information in line with our data deletion practices.

What DYNASTY is not

DYNASTY is not an emergency service, a medical service, a mental health service, a legal service, or a professional relationship counselor.

DYNASTY does not verify that another user is trustworthy or safe. We do not run background checks or identity verification. You are responsible for making informed decisions about the people you interact with.

Practical safety

Consider negotiating limits before activity, agreeing on a safeword or non-verbal signal, checking in regularly, and keeping an outside contact who knows your situation. Never feel obligated to continue something because it is written into an Agreement.
