Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Not every right below applies to every user; we honor the rights that apply to you under the law of your state, province or country.

Rights that may be available to you

• Access / Know — request a copy of the personal information associated with your account
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal information
• Correct — correct inaccurate personal information (most fields can be edited directly in the app)
• Download / Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt out of sale — DYNASTY does not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of
• Opt out of targeted advertising — DYNASTY does not use personal information for targeted advertising
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable law provides that right
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right

Exercising your rights in the app

Download My Data generates an export of the personal information your account is authorized to access. Delete My Account permanently deletes your account and the Dynamic-specific information tied to it. Both are available in Settings → Legal & Privacy.

An export never includes information belonging exclusively to another participant, such as their private journal entries or their account settings.

If you cannot access your account, you may contact support@dynastylifeapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information where law permits or requires it.
