Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dynasty Life App, LLC ("DYNASTY", "we", "us") handles information when you use the DYNASTY application at dynastylifeapp.com. DYNASTY is an adults-only service for consenting adults age 18 and older.

Account information

• Email address and authentication information used to sign in
• Username (a legal name is not required)
• Profile information, including role type and the role label you display
• Profile photo, if you upload one
• Bio and any social media handles you choose to add
• Account settings and preferences

Dynamic information

• The participants in a Dynamic and their status (pending, active, paused, ended)
• Dynamic start, pause, resume and end dates
• Relationship Agreement content, versions and acknowledgments
• Assignments, tasks, check-ins and daily attire requirements
• Rewards, consequences and points activity
• Shared calendar entries and availability windows
• Dynamic history and activity events

Communications

• Chat messages exchanged inside a Dynamic
• Photos, videos and files you upload to a Dynamic
• Read receipts and typing/presence signals used to render the chat
• Message metadata such as timestamps, sender and message type

Journal

• Private journal entries, which remain visible only to their author
• Shared journal entries, which the author has chosen to share within a Dynamic
• Journal metadata such as date, tags and mood
• Export requests you initiate

Notifications

• Notification category preferences
• Sound and vibration preferences
• Quiet hours settings

Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered with, and held by, Stripe — DYNASTY does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

• Subscription tier, status and renewal period
• Transaction records and payment-related identifiers returned by the payment processor
• Promo code information where a promo code is used

Technical information

We describe only what the application actually handles:

• IP address and standard request metadata received by our hosting and backend providers when your browser connects
• Device and browser information sent by your browser (user agent, screen size)
• Authentication/session information, stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in
• Security and access logs kept by our hosting and database providers
• Basic usage information such as records of actions taken inside a Dynamic
• Local storage keys for your notification preferences, active Dynamic selection and a first-party cookie for the sidebar layout state
• Error and diagnostic information captured in the Lovable development/preview environment

Sensitive information

DYNASTY may process information you choose to provide that could be considered sensitive under applicable privacy laws. Depending on what you enter, that may include health or sexual health information, relationship details, sexual preferences, sexual orientation, boundaries and limits, safewords, private communications, and intimate photos or videos.

DYNASTY does not require you to provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for your Dynamic. Please avoid entering sensitive information you do not need to record.

DYNASTY does not sell sensitive personal information and does not use private user-uploaded content for advertising.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the service
• Authenticate users and maintain accounts
• Operate Dynamics and deliver assignments, check-ins and reminders
• Deliver in-app notifications
• Process subscriptions
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve reliability of the service
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information
• We do not sell user-uploaded content
• We do not use private photos, videos or files for advertising
• We do not use private chat content for advertising
• We do not use private journal entries for advertising

User content privacy

Private Dynamic media is private by default. It is stored in private storage, is accessible only to the authorized participants of that Dynamic, is not publicly searchable, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not licensed to advertisers. Chat media and Dynamic files are served through short-lived, access-controlled links, and ordinary download controls are disabled in the interface.

When a Dynamic ends, Dynamic-specific media is permanently deleted through the application's deletion process, and deleted Dynamic media is not retained in backups.

Screenshots and recording

DYNASTY may restrict downloading and sharing of private Dynamic content where technically supported. However, no website or digital service can guarantee that a user cannot capture content using screenshots, screen recording, another device, browser tools, or other methods.

You may not capture, save, distribute, publish, threaten to distribute, or share another participant's private content without their permission. Unauthorized sharing of intimate content is prohibited. Blackmail, extortion, threats, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Service providers

DYNASTY does not currently use analytics providers, advertising networks, session recording tools, or external marketing email providers.

• Lovable — application hosting, asset delivery and development/preview instrumentation
• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage and realtime functionality
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing
• Fonts (Cinzel and Manrope) are self-hosted by DYNASTY; no font provider receives your information
• Google Calendar — you may generate a calendar link or download a calendar file yourself; DYNASTY does not call Google's Calendar API or send your data to Google

Data retention

Dynamic-specific information is retained while the Dynamic is active. When a Dynamic ends, Dynamic-specific information is permanently deleted through the application's deletion workflow. Where applicable, that includes chat, Dynamic media, assignments, check-ins, attire, rewards, consequences, Dynamic points, shared calendar information, the Relationship Agreement, Dynamic history and shared journal entries.

Your DYNASTY account remains active after a Dynamic ends. Private journal entries belong to their author, are not transferred to another participant, and remain associated with the author's account unless the author deletes them or deletes their account.

We may retain limited information for up to 180 days where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, technical troubleshooting, legal claims, dispute resolution, compliance, or enforcement of our agreements. This is a general practice rather than a guarantee that every technical system deletes information at exactly 180 days.

Legal, tax, accounting, payment and transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years, or longer where required by law.

Security

DYNASTY uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information we handle, including authentication, row-level authorization rules in the database, private storage buckets and access-controlled links for media.

No service can promise absolute security, an unhackable system, guaranteed prevention of screenshots, or guaranteed prevention of unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights described in the Data & Privacy document, including access, deletion, correction and portability. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account from Settings → Legal & Privacy.

Age requirement

DYNASTY is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will terminate it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the application.
