Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Dynasty Life App, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Georgia, USA. By creating an account or using DYNASTY, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility and age requirement

DYNASTY is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You may not create an account on behalf of a minor or allow a minor to use your account.

Account registration

You must provide an email address you control and keep your credentials secure. You may use a legal name, an alias, or a username; a legal name is not required for your profile unless required for another legal purpose. You are responsible for activity on your account.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your conduct, the content you upload, and your interactions with other participants. You must comply with the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant DYNASTY a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit and display your content solely to operate the service for you and the authorized participants of your Dynamic. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to standard backup cycles and legal retention.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Private Dynamic content is not sold, licensed to advertisers, or used for advertising.

Consent and Dynamic relationships

DYNASTY provides tools for documenting and managing consensual adult relationship dynamics. Consent must be voluntary, informed, ongoing, specific and revocable. Either participant may pause or end a Dynamic at any time, without permission and without giving a reason.

Relationship Agreements

A DYNASTY Relationship Agreement is a personal relationship document. DYNASTY does not represent it as a legally enforceable contract between participants. It cannot authorize unlawful conduct, and it cannot remove a participant's right to withdraw consent or to leave.

Prohibited conduct

Conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy is prohibited under these Terms, including non-consensual intimate imagery, blackmail, threats, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, fraud and attacks on the service.

Intellectual property and platform license

The DYNASTY name, marks, interface, and software are owned by Dynasty Life App, LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

DYNASTY relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Lovable (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and Stripe (payments). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be added, or be removed. Features marked as coming soon are not guaranteed to launch.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Not professional advice

DYNASTY is a private organizational tool. It is not an emergency service, medical service, mental health service, legal service, or professional counseling service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.

User responsibility and security limitations

DYNASTY does not verify the identity, trustworthiness or safety of users. You are responsible for your decisions about the people you interact with. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security or prevent another person from capturing content by screenshot, screen recording, another device, or other means.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or where necessary to protect users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Legal & Privacy.

Dynamic termination

Ending a Dynamic is permanent and deletes Dynamic-specific information. Ending a Dynamic is not the same as deleting your account: your account, profile and private journal entries remain.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty Life App, LLC and its members, officers and agents from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNASTY LIFE APP, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support first. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The Last Updated date will change, and continued use of DYNASTY after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
